The Annual General Assembly (Årsmøte) 2026 of the Norwegian Formation Evaluation Society (NFES) will be held in public on Wednesday, 3rd of June 2026 at 10:00 am (Norwegian time) prior to the technical meeting in person at Solastranden Gård.
Attached is the formal invitation and an overview of the NFES board matrix. The following agenda is tentative and additional concerns/issues could be addressed to the board prior to the meeting or under the AOB section.

The Norwegian Formation Evaluation Society proposes the attached proposal of candidates for the NFES Board. Results of a possible election* will determine Board Members for the 2026–2027/28 Society years.
Make your Vote Count: if an election is required for individual board roles/positions, a ballot will be conducted with all active members of the society during the NFES General Assembly (Årsmøte) 2026 held June 3rd.
